Deep Cleaning provides more detailed attention to buildup, baseboards, neglected areas and surfaces requiring additional scrubbing. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a more comprehensive service designed to prepare an empty or mostly empty property for moving in or moving out. These are separate services with different cleaning scopes.

Yes. For eligible cleaning services, our Free Instant Quote system allows you to enter your property and cleaning details and see an estimated price immediately.

The instant quote is based on the information you provide about your property, cleaning service and selected add-ons. If the property’s actual condition or cleaning requirements are significantly different from the information provided, additional cleaning or charges may need to be discussed before proceeding.

No. Post-Construction and Renovation Cleaning requires a custom quote because every project is different. Pricing depends on property size, the amount of construction or renovation dust, condition, and the cleaning required.

Cleaning prices depend on the service selected, property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, frequency, condition and additional services requested. For eligible residential services, customers can use our Free Instant Quote system to receive an estimated price.

A deposit may be required to secure your cleaning appointment according to our existing booking policy.

SoftTouch Cleaning Services provides the cleaning supplies and equipment required for the booked service unless otherwise arranged.

No. You do not necessarily need to be home as long as safe and agreed-upon access to the property has been arranged. Access instructions should be provided before the scheduled cleaning.

Yes. Please let us know about any pets when requesting your quote or booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Yes. Recurring Standard Cleaning may be available weekly, biweekly or at other approved frequencies. Customers can select their preferred frequency when using the Free Instant Quote system.

Depending on the service, available add-ons may include inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows, wall cleaning, laundry, organization, odour treatment, pet-hair removal, dishes, baseboards, and garage sweep. Availability and additional charges depend on the selected cleaning service.

Inside oven and refrigerator cleaning are not automatically included with every service. They may be selected as add-ons when available. The service description and quote should clearly show what is included with the cleaning selected.

Inside cabinet and drawer cleaning may be included with certain Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning packages or available as an additional service. It is not automatically included with Standard Cleaning.

Wall cleaning is not automatically included with every cleaning package. It may be requested as an additional service depending on the condition and amount of wall cleaning required.

Yes. SoftTouch Cleaning Services provides Commercial and Office Cleaning in Regina and surrounding areas. Commercial cleaning requires a customized quote.

Yes. We provide Airbnb and Short-Term Rental turnover cleaning. Available services may include general turnover cleaning and approved add-ons depending on the property’s needs.

Cleaning time varies depending on property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, condition, add-ons requested, and the number of cleaners assigned. Because every property is different, cleaning times are estimates and may vary.

If the condition of the property requires significantly more work than the service booked, we will discuss the situation and any recommended service changes or additional charges before completing work outside the agreed scope.
